Evolve Group Commissioned to Design and Manufacture New 2018 Good Design Trophies

“Only products of bad design end up in the oceans...” that’s Evolve’s message to the Global Design community. 
A huge thank you to Brandon, Rachel and the @gooddesignaus team for commissioning Evolve to design and manufacture the new Good Design trophies here in Brisbane. 
Thank you for supporting not only Australian Design but also Australian Manufacturing. Designing great products for manufacture in Australia is something Evolve is extremely passionate about. 
This trophy sends a message to the global design community that as designers and manufacturers we have choices in how a product is designed & the materials used, and ultimately where that product ends up. 
The new Good Design trophy has been designed with a clear window into the trophy. This year with the help of @seabin_project, we have showcased ocean plastics as an important issue we must take action against. Next year who knows what Brandon and the GDA team will highlight in the trophy. 
Good Design is the first line of defense we have against Ocean Plastics, and it is through Good Design that we will mitigate future waste challenges.
