Evolve Group is largely made up of two key business units, our award winning product design and development division, and our manufacturing division who together have over 45 years of experience in the international design, manufacturing and fulfilment business. We match cutting edge design, manufacturing techniques and equipment with real market experience and relationships with some of the worlds largest retailers to connect the dots for our customers.

    A Queensland Born entrepreneur, Ty established what would become the Evolve Group of Companies in July of 2006. Ty has extensive hands on experience in building successful companies from the ground up and has a keen interest in identifying new opportunities both in business and innovative products. Ty has a passport full of international business experience across, Asia, Europe and in particular North America. His commercial interests vary greatly, however Evolve is by far his most passionate pursuit.

With a career history of retail sales Mel enjoys the interaction with customers and looks forward to sharing with them the products Evolve has already established and, even more so, future products.

    Jake has been in the pool industry for the past 14 years working with Wholesalers, Retailers and in his own business. He has managed workshops repairing all pool accessories (Pumps, Chlorinators, Heaters etc) and was the authorized Australian Maytronics Pool cleaner repairer for Poolrite Equipment.

    Jake was the Technical and Chemical Support for Pool Pro Products across Australian for over 130 stores and in his last position was the Production Manager for Poolrite Chlorinator Systems producing the Surechlor Chlorinators.

    Jake is a very focused and caring person with a great attitude and an adventurous spirit. He enjoys skydiving, cooking and spending quality time with good friends.

Quality Assurance Program

To ensure product design meets the end users requirements, all designs and prototypes go through comprehensive product testing, from design through to manufacturing.

All product designs undergo evaluation from industry specific engineers and a variety of independent assessments such as testing by NATA approved laboratories using methods required for relevant industry standards or Finite Element Analysis (FEA) where possible. We source only the best quality raw materials, manufacture using state of the art equipment, employ a quality conscious team, and only send out products that exceed our stringent quality standards. These measures, whilst sometimes costly allow us to confidently stand by product design and specifications. This remains at the forefront of our commitment to quality assurance.

100% Recycled

 

One of the major problems caused by today's high living standards is the generation of waste.

The recovered plastic used in our Polyslab products is manufactured from non-renewable fossil fuel resources. This maximises our recycling efforts multiplies our resource efficiencies and minimizes environmental damage.

Polyslab products are manufactured from 100 per cent recycled material from the domestic and commercial waste stream. By not using virgin materials in the process we have reduced green house gas emission by 80 per cent.

Custom Mold Manufacturing

We continue to pass on significant cost and time savings to customers from around the world though our vast experience and unbeatable contacts in mould design. We source moulds for injection, blow and rotational moulding at highly competitive rates.

Through our large network of reliable mould manufacturers, extensive experience and clear communication channels we are able to break down traditional barriers that make off-shore mould sourcing difficult.

We also provide Australian based plastic part manufacturing to clients in Australia and New Zealand. Producing plastic moulded parts can be a costly exercise through the majority of local suppliers; we can beat rates normally quoted for offshore manufacturing (such as South-East Asia) whilst remaining Australian made.
